Dude, a procedurally-generated horror game in the vein of Elder Scrolls: Arena? Is it weird to say I've literally been looking for exactly this? I actually played a little bit of Arena and some parts are pretty much horror-genre material. Like the first time you see "Troll is regenerating" I hauled ass out of the dungeon I was in. No way was my Spellsword with a broken shield and no mana gonna survive that. I also believe Arena was a little ahead of its time with its procedural-generation. If I remember correctly its technically the biggest Elder Scrolls game, right? Given its dosbox origins and comparative simplicty, I'd say the only limiting factor to the games world size is the player's own computer memory. Which makes me so hyped for this game because it opens so many avenues for different environments and enemy types and stuff. Hahah but I'm getting ahead of myself. It's probably still too early to say where the roadmap ends and I'm already imagining the player gets to go dungeon-crawling with scary monsters and macabre environments with Arena-graphics, but dammit doesn't that just sound awesome!?
